Bill Gow

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Compliance Officer – Bill joined Battle Group in 2016 and leads all non-investment activities. From 2017 – 2022, Bill held various leadership roles at ARCTOS, a Battle Group portfolio company and provider of digitally-integrated technologies enabling air and space dominance to national security customers. In 2022, Bill assumed his current role leading the Firm’s operational functions.

Before joining Battle Group, Bill served as an analyst with Greystar Investment Management. Prior to joining Greystar, Bill worked as a consultant for Ernst & Young.
