Jeffrey Siegal is a Partner at Metalmark Capital, a leading private equity investment firm that that focuses on the energy, healthcare, and industrials sectors and whose principals have invested $7 billion of equity capital in over 100 companies since 1986. Prior to joining Metalmark Capital and its predecessor organizations in 2001, Jeff served as the Chief Financial Officer of @stake, a leading cyber security engineering firm, and as a Senior Managing Director at Castle Harlan, a private equity investment firm.

Prior to entering the private sector, Jeff was a Captain in the United States Air Force. He served as a program manager for the Worldwide Military Command and Control System, one of the largest command, control and communications modernization programs in the Department of Defense.

Jeff is a director of Kissner Milling Company (, Schafer Corporation (, and WorldStrides ( He has also served previously as a director of HDT Global (, Airborne Systems (, Asynchrony Solutions (, INDSPEC Chemical Corporation (, Melissa & Doug (, SouthernCare (, Universal Compression (now Exterran Holdings,, and Verdugt Holdings.

Jeff received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics, cum laude, from Clark University and a M.A. in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He holds an active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
