Josh DeVlieger

Associate – Josh DeVlieger joined Battle Group in 2026. His efforts are focused on the Firm’s investment activities, including investment sourcing and transaction execution, and supporting the growth, expansion, and success of the Firm’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Battle Group, Josh worked at ArkMalibu, a boutique sell-side M&A advisory firm, where he focused on transaction execution, due diligence, and valuation for privately held midlle-market companies. Prior to ArkMalibu, Josh gained experience at Booz Allen Hamilton developing solutions for critical defense manufacturers. Josh earned his BA degree in Financial Management from Hillsdale College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with departmental honors.
