Miles Kelly

Associate – Miles Kelly joined Battle Group in 2026. His efforts are focused on the Firm’s investment activities, including investment sourcing and  transaction execution, and ultimately supporting the growth, expansion and success of the Firm’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Battle Group, Miles worked at Genesis Capital, an M&A advisory firm in Atlanta, where he focused on the development of financial models, the preparation of client-facing materials, as well as performing due diligence, research and analysis, and execution of M&A advisory and equity capital funding for public and privately held companies. Miles earned his BSBA degree in Finance from The Ohio State University,  where he graduated sum ma cum laude.
