Miles Kelly

Associate – Miles Kelly joined Battle Group in 2026. His efforts are focused on the Firm’s investment activities, including investment sourcing, transaction execution, and ultimately supporting the growth, expansion, and success of the Firm’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Battle Group, Miles worked at Genesis Capital, an M&A advisory firm in Atlanta, where he focused on transaction execution, due diligence, and valuation for public and privately held companies. Miles earned his BSBA degree in finance from The Ohio State University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
